Fall is almost here and that means it’s time to start talking about some trends for this season! Let’s start with denim! There are many new denim trends that will be popping up all over – here is your first look of what is in and what is out this season.

Button up

Rather than having a zipper and a single button, a new trend for this fall is denim with a button up closure. This goes for both wide leg and skinny, but definitely high waisted, as there needs to be space for all those buttons!

Side Slits

Denim is taking a turn for the sexy side this season with side slits being a popular trend. You might see some side slits similar to track pants with snaps down the side and this way you can determine how much leg you want to show. There are also a lot of style that have a pre-determined side slit. Many of the denim styles you will see with a slit are wider in the leg!

Animal Print

Animal print is one of the biggest fall trends therefore it is no surprise that this print has found itself on many denim items this year! Both skinny jeans and wide legs alike will be boasting bold and colorful animal prints.

Two-tone

Two-tone denim can mean a few things, but what it does mean for sure is that there are at least two colors of denim in one pair of jeans. Some two-tone denim styles have it where the front is a different wash then the back. Others have just a different wash on the belt loop or on the pocket. Then there are the styles that have completely different colored legs or for a more low key look just a lighter or darker wash stripe down the side. Either way, this is a fun new way to spice up your denim looks!
